Setup took about five minutes, and the 4MP picture is noticeably sharper than my old 720p cam. The two-way talk came in handy when I told the delivery guy to leave the package by the door.

The pan and tilt controls are smooth enough that I can track my dog across the whole living room without any lag. Two-way talk is clear on both ends, which I didn't expect from a camera this size.

The 4MP picture quality is surprisingly crisp for the price, and the two-way talk works flawlessly when I check in on my dog during the day. Setting up the pan and tilt was a bit of a learning curve, but once I got it dialed in, the motion tracking is spot on.
